Registration deadlines

Conference registration is now open.

The deadline for early registration is 2 January 2015.

 

General information and fees

Registration for the conference includes participation in all tracks and sessions, an invitation to the conference dinner, conference activities, coffee breaks and lunches. Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the conference dinner, conference activities and closing lunch.

Payment options

Payment options for the Conference are described below (option 1 & 2). Please note that payment options during the Conference days (25-27 of February 2015) include only payment by cash or credit card through the on-line registration form. Any other option is not possible to be accepted by the Secretariat at that time.

 
Option #1: Bank transfer

Each participant should firstly create an account by registering in the website through the Log in / Sign in section. After creating your account, you will immediately receive an e-mail at your e-mail address. Please follow the instructions in order to activate the account. Authors that already have an account for the abstract submission process do not need to create a new account. After that you can Log in through the Conference website and proceed to your registration through the On-line Registration form (Main Menu -> Registration and Fees -> Registration Form).

Apart from the On-line Registration form, each participant following option #1, should also send the copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Secretariat by fax or email. Any form received without the payment receipt cannot be processed. Please make sure to use the payment code as a justification for your bank transfer as indicated below.

Please note that all payments must be done in Euros.

Upon receipt of registration form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a written confirmation of your valid participation.

The total sum of payments which appear in the registration form (fees for Registration, accompanying persons, dinner activities) should coincide with the amount of Euros written on the receipt of payment.

Any bank fees charged must be borne by the participant.

 
Option #2: Credit card

Payments by credit card are also possible through the On-line Registration form.

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

By submitting the On-line registration form, you will be directed to the on-line payment form where you will be able to complete the on-line registration process.

 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be communicated to the Conference Secretariat in writing. Please note that no refund will be made after 23 January 2015.
